With our massive weights room, boxing studio, a variety of cardio equipment with inbuilt FOXTEL, circuit area and loads of classes ranging from cycling, boxing, yoga, Pilates and the all-popular Zumba, we are able to maximize your results far beyond your expectations.

We strive to provide every member, regardless of age or fitness level, a facility and level of service where each individual can reach their fitness goals. To be your best you have to train with the best, that is why Nitro Gym is an official Hammer Strength Training Centre, providing the newest in gym equipment and state of the art facilities. We have a team of dedicated staff committed to helping those in our community, who are serious about achieving a healthy lifestyle.

We aim to give our members a pleasant and welcoming experience each time they train in our facility. All our gyms are fully air conditioned, fitted with shower facility and lockers in the change rooms and they are conveniently located with onsite parking. We even have a member’s lounge at our Kilsyth gym where you can get a quality protein shake or a cappuccino after your workout.
