Cardio

We have ample cardio equipments in our cardio room. They range from rowers, treadmills, steppers to cross trainers and bikes. We use Life Fitness cardio equipments. Our selection of steppers, cross trainers and treadmills to upright bikes and recumbent bikes have built in FOXTEL and you can plug in your own headphones – so why not catch up on some Goss while you burn some calories!

Weights

Only a selected few fitness facilities throughout the world have the prestige of being an official Hammer Strength Training Centre. Nitro Gym earns this status with a line-up of 20 or more pieces of Hammer Strength Equipment available in Plate Loaded, MTS, benches and Olympic heavy-duty racks. Nitro Gym is part of an elite group of clubs worldwide that have chosen to offer the best strength training has to offer.

Boxing studio

Members can utilise our boxing studio to enhance their training.  The studio is fitted with speedballs and punching bags.  We also provide skipping ropes, gloves and focus pads, and a range of kettle bells.

Stretch room

We understand what a good stretch does for your workout. Members can have a proper stretch in our stretch room before and after their workout.

Cycle studio

We run cycle classes every day in our cosmic cycle studio. We have the latest spin bikes for the cycle enthusiasts!

Circuit training area

There is a circuit training area for a quick workout or for those who prefer to train in a quieter part of the gym

Group fitness studio

We have a large grout fitness studio that runs close to 40 classes a week. Check out our Group Fitness Time Table for more information.

Members Lounge

You don’t have to rush off after your workout. You can get a quality protein shake or coffee from our café, sit back or catch up with a friend in the members lounge.

Other facilities for the comfort of your training include:
